HDO is a Local NGO is carrying out Rehabilitation/ Development programs at Northern and Eastern Provinces in Sri Lanka from February 2016. HDO is registered with the NGO Secretariat at the National Level u2013 Voluntary Social Services, Ministry of Coexistence Dialogue and Official Languages in Sri Lanka (Reg: No: L u2013 163104) HDO has implemented its projects in the Northern and Eastern Provinces of Sri Lanka.
